Long time journalist Janice Budd has died, Budd, 49 died on Tuesday after a long battle with cancer. The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) has delayed its planned fare increase for its Premium Express Service pending a review. The increase was due to take effect January 1, 2018.
