The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) has delayed its planned fare increase for its Premium Express Service pending a review. The increase was due to take effect January 1, 2018. One of Westmoreland's most wanted man is behind bars. He is Davion Brown, otherwise called 'Balti' of a Savanna-la-Mar address.
